• Shipping time depends on your location and chosen method. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships.

• Some pieces, like my hand-carved block prints, are truly one-of-a-kind. Minor variations in color, texture, or impression are part of the charm and uniqueness of these handmade pieces.

• Every print you receive is an original creation!

Replacements & Issues

• I do not offer exchanges or refunds for ordering the wrong size or changing your mind.

• If an item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact me within 1 week of delivery with photos. I’ll review the issue and send a replacement if the problem is on our end.

• Lost orders must be reported within 1 week of the estimated delivery date. I’ll investigate and provide a replacement only if the issue is on our side.
